Absolutely! If you’re unsure bout the number of hours you need, we’re here to help. Book a call with one of our Solutions Consultants. With their expertise in assessing your needs, they can help guide you to the best package.

No problem! If you exceed your package’s hours, we apply a $5 premium to your effective hourly rate for overages. If you find yourself consistently using overage hours, it might be more cost-effective to increase your plan. Our Client Success team is ready to assist in adjusting your package to better fit your needs.

If you don’t use all your hours, we allow the rollover of unused hours from the first month of your subscription to subsequent months. If you consistently find unused hours, our Client Success team is here to help. They can assist in creating a plan to either maximize the value of your current subscription or adjust it to better match your needs.

Our cancellation policy is straightforward: You can cancel your subscription at any time, provided you give us 30 days’ written notice (equivalent to one full billing cycle) before your next billing date. For further information, please refer to our Terms of Service.

For those one-time or varied tasks, our OnDemand service offers a swift and adaptable solution. It’s good for immediate needs, operating on a pay-as-you-go model.
